Our residential services consists of mostly carpet cleaning, but this is not all
we
offer; we also do housewide cleanings, upholstery cleaning, and ozone rentals.

equipped with exclusive cleaning solutions, the latest equipment, and not to
mention our highly-trained professionals. Combined they can get out your
toughest spots on your furniture, carpet, windows, and draperies. We can
also provide a complete house-wide cleaning and strip and wax your hard
surface floors. We even have the newest Green Cleaning Services available
upon request for your cleaning needs. Our residential services are not
limited to just cleaning the home; we also offer post construction clean-up
and general cleaning for your office or building. Our cleaning services are

Spill and Spotting Tips
At
ServiceMaster Clean we deal with thousands of spots and spills every year.
Care taken when these events occur may immediately solve the problem. Use
the tips below to help get rid of common household stains found on carpets.
**Be sure to test a small area first!
Bleeding of colors or spotting on the surface may occur. For large
spots give us a call for service!**
-Grease & Oil Marks:
Gently rub in talcum powder, cornmeal, or cornstarch.
Let sit and then brush or sponge powder away. Vacuum the area.
-Mustard Spots: Soak Stained area with distilled ammonia
(1 tblsp ammonia, 1c water). Then dry with a hairdryer.
-Pet Urine: Dampen area with equal parts with vinegar and
water. Then blot dry.
-Red Wine: Use club soda to flush the wine from carpet
fibers.
-Latex Paint: Soak with dish detergent diluted with 20
parts water. Agitate the area, blot, rinse, and blot again.
-Blood Spots: Flush with cold water. Avoid hot water as
heat will set the stain.
-Soft Drinks: Blot the area with vinegar solution (1part
vinegar, 2 parts water). Then blot with detergent solution (1tsp detergent
and 1 quart water).
-Gum: Freeze the gum with ice and use a dull knife to
remove.
-Candle Wax: Put a brown paper bag over the dried wax and
run a hot iron over it. The bag will absorb the hot wax.
-Ball Point Pen: Use hair spray and be sure to rinse the
entire area well with water when finished
